Sorry to hear that you are no longer with Rev3. I recently went through the same thing but a month after I feel liberated and have taken the time to reevaluate my career and life instead of just rushing into yet another 5 to 9 job.Now I have time to do the thing I really care about and want to do. All the best for your future. And don't worry once a nerd always a nerd :) Also had a lot f time to catch up with my stack of marvel comic books.

I've been there more times than I can count, and it almost seems par for the course with technology companies (which, in my opinion, is what Rev3 still is).

A wise friend of mine once said that self-doubt and self-evaluation are trademarks of the successful. As such, it's right for you to have the kind of thoughts you have in this post and the "full circle" post as well.

You'll figure it out. Just don't feel like you need to stay in the bay area to do so. It's easier now than it ever will be to pick up and look around.

I was shocked to hear this, It made me sad. You were so great at Revision3 & you really loved your job. How could they let someone go who has so much passion about their job.
I really enjoyed you in front of the camera & behind it, Your a natural talent that anyone would be glad to have. I wish you the best, I'm sure work will find you before you have to find it. I enjoyed the few segments I saw you in & of course the bloopers they hehe. Wish you all the best in the future.

I wish you the best, but honestly think its a mistake on Revision3's part.

But I have always looked at change as a positive, so be excited about the next adventure.

Letting you go was a really bad decision on their part - but then again I've seen a lot of negative changes in Rev3 recently so maybe it's a good thing getting out now before it goes the way of G4 (it kills me to admit it but it really is shaping up this way). At this stage I'd love to see you DIY your own podcast (who needs a network anyway!?) Whatever you decide to do, rest assured that your fans will continue to lend you their support.
